Orders and Returns
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order. This option is not compulsory, Although we would appreciate your creating an account in order for you to receive updates on our latest and best selling products and services.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
At the bottom of every page, there is the 'contact us' button where you can send a message directly to our email and you will receive a response from our customer support immediately. There are also live chat options available on screen and you can chat up our representatives if you need any help or have any queries.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been placed successfully, it takes 1 to 2 days to fulfill your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking number, you can input that tracking number into any tracking system and know exactly where your order is per time.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, you can either add the product(s) of your choice to cart and then proceed to checkout when you have shopped to your satisfaction. Or you can also use our dynamic checkout button on the product page that takes you straight to checkout with your preferred payment option. On the checkout page, fill in your details and submit. That's all it takes to place an order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, and has been shipped, the order cannot be changed. If it is a returnable order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the order. Your order can be cancelled after it has been made and your money will be refunded, all you have to do is send us an email stating cancellation of your order with the order number and reasons for cancelling.

Online shopping is the new normal, as it is stress free and safe, all you have to do is sit in the comfort of your home and place your order and it will be swiftly delivered to you. Delicate products are handled with care, so there is no fear of damage along the way. You are provided with your order tracking number, that way, you can always know where your order is per time.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 30- day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to change it if you need to.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping rates are dependent on the location being shipped to and the weight of your order. e.g, AN order with more weight will have a higher shipping rate than one that weighs smaller. It also depends on the shipping option you choose, The faster your option, the higher your rate.
